NDHS VARSTIY CHEER TEAM "CLEANS UP" IN SAN DIEGO!
Congrats to the NDHS Varsity Cheer Team for their AWESOME showing at UCA Summer Cheer Camp held at USD August 2-5. In addition to receiving 4 blue riibbons for each of their daily evaluations, they also placed FIRST in the Varsity Dance Xtreme Routine category and were awarded with an overall SUPERIOR trophy which earned them an invite to perform at the Capital One Bowl in December.But the sweetest victory of all was ....drum roll please...they were the "TOP BANANA" spirit winners bringing home that oh' so important banana !!!
Special congrats to Seniors Raven Gantt and Miara Jennings and Juniors Julia Christianson and Kira Garland for being selected for the UCA All American Team. Raven also jumped her way into first place in the camp jump off competition showing everyone just how high the Titans can fly!
Way to go ladies! All your hard work over summer paid off!
